Himbhoomi Online Land Record Of Himachal Pardesh

Objective:

A web-enabled SW module has been developed by NIC and added into the existing Land Records Computerisation Progress Monitoring System. The objective of web enabled Land Records in Himachal Pradesh have been to disseminate RoR’s to the public on 24x7 basis. The Government owned centre users (LokMitra Kendra) or CSC access the software over internet with the URL http://admis.hp.nic.in/himbhoomilmk to provide the instant service to end user. Each user possesses authentication details to access this service. The copies for all legal purposes are procured either through LokMitra Kendra (LMK)/CSC which are available at Panchayat level or from the departmental tehsil/district centre.

The above screen asks the User (LMK or tehsil/Sugam Centre Users) to enter their existing User ID and password along with image code and on successful login, the user is shown various options available. LMK users can also login directly through LMK portal. The financial institutions are able to access the land records of customers online for verification purpose and are also able to verify the copy produced by customer using the portal without login using the link‘वेब साईट से जार नकल क माणकता क पुिट कर on the above screen.  Various types of graphical nakal reports can be viewed on login page itself.  Land records officials can view transaction status with dashboard using the link बंधन पटल where day/month/year wise transaction summary is available for the state.

Two links for RoR issuance are available namelyजमाबद खाता बारand शजरा न!ब मालकान. Both the documents, Jamabandi and ShajraNasb are digitised in structured manner allowing transaction incorporation using the mutation module specifically designed for the purpose. The form of the Jamabandi has 12 columns and gives Khewat / Khatoni number-wise information of total holding of each owner of land in a particular revenue estate. It also indicates cultivation, rent and revenue and other cesses payable on land and constitutes an up to date record of various rights in land. Shajra Nasb is a pedigree table showing succession to ownership rights occurring from time to time in an estate. Prepared in every estate at the time of settlement, it also forms a part of record of rights.
User can view his/her nakal jamabandi’s upto 2 days by entering SCA receipt number in the text box. After clicking ‘View Nakal Copy’ button, jamabandi will be opened; otherwise proper message is displayed. User can view report for summary of his/her issued nakal copies by using the linkनकल कायव#ार $रपोट#
